Park Rules & Regulations
Welcome to our extraordinary Christmas attraction featuring priceless oddities from Ripley's Believe It or Not! immersive Christmas displays, a magical visit with Santa and our ride all night midway!
To ensure a delightful experience for all patrons, we kindly ask you to follow these rules and regulations:
- Respect the Displays: Please do not touch or lean on any of the priceless oddities. Enjoy the wonder from a safe distance to preserve the integrity of these unique artifacts.
- Photography: Feel free to snap photos throughout the Ripley's Believe It or Not!® Christmas Park—whether you're exploring our immersive trails and exhibits, sharing dinner with Santa, or enjoying the thrilling carnival rides. For everyone's safety, drones and aerial vehicles are not permitted. Please also refrain from touching Ripley's oddities in the exhibit area to help preserve these incredible displays.
- Queue Etiquette: Follow the posted signs and wait in line patiently for attractions, games, and Santa visits. Please respect others' personal space and maintain orderly lines.
- Safety First: Running, pushing, and rough play are not permitted. Please be mindful of others and help maintain a safe environment for everyone, especially around rides and games.
- Children Supervision: All children must be accompanied by an adult, particularly in areas featuring fragile exhibits, during visits with Santa, and on the specified carnival rides.
- Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Christmas Park. The only exception is infant food. Enjoy our delicious carnival treats from around the globe and themed dinners with Santa in designated dining areas.
- No Weapons: For the safety and enjoyment of all, no guns or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.
- No Drugs, Alcohol, or Smoking: This is a smoke-free environment. The use of drugs, alcohol, and smoking is strictly prohibited within the park to ensure a safe and family-friendly atmosphere.
- Lost Children or Guest: Please notify the nearest security officer or Miami-Dade Police of a lost child. Or visit our Guest Services booth by the admission area. Lost guests will be brought to the main stage near the Santa Town.
- Lost and Found: If you misplace any items, please report to the Lost and Found located at the main entrance, Guest Services booth. We'll do our best to assist you!
- First Aid: In case of any emergency, immediately notify a guest service representative, who will then contact the appropriate emergency personnel. A Miami-Dade Rescue team is right on site.
- No Pets: Animals are not allowed in the park except for service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired or other individuals with special needs. For the health and safety of your pet, do not leave it in your car for any length of time while visiting the park. If you leave a pet in your car, our park officials will call Animal Services to rescue your pet at your own expense.
- Feedback and Concerns: We welcome your feedback! If you have any concerns or questions during your visit, please don't hesitate to approach our friendly staff.
- Share Your Memories: We encourage you to post your favorite moments on Instagram, Facebook, and all social media platforms to create lasting memories and spread the joy of your experience.
