By opting to purchase, allocate, or possess tickets to Ripley's Believe It or Not!® Christmas Park, you automatically agree to our terms of use.

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risk, whether occurring prior to, during, and after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims.

 

Recording, Transmission, and Exhibition

By attending the Event, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that you may be photographed and filmed, and you hereby provide management with your absolute, express consent to be photographed and filmed. You further understand and agree that these images and/or recordings can be registered, stored, transmitted, broadcast/streamed, rebroadcast, for promotional and/or commercial purposes, in any manner, throughout the universe and in any media, now known or hereafter devised, without any compensation to you.

 

Rain or Sparkly Nights Policy

At our Christmas attraction, we adhere to a "Rain or Sparkly Nights" policy.

Here's what you need to know:

No Refunds:  All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. The park will remain open and operational even if it is sprinkling or light rain.

Severe Weather Closures: In the event of severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds, certain attractions may temporarily close for safety reasons. We will do our best to communicate any closures promptly on our website.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a magical experience, rain or sparkly nights!

 

Ticket/Multi-Day Passes /Ticket Refund

Once guests have been admitted into the park, no exchanges, no refunds, and no rainchecks will be given. 

Once your ticket has been scanned, the entry counts for 1 day of your Multi-Day Pass. Multi-Day pass entry is only valid once per day

Promotional tickets are non-refundable.

Unlawful Re-sale of Tickets

Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicates will be rejected. Purchase of tickets by a third party is not authorized and carries a risk of being fraudulent. Unlawful sale or attempted re-sale subjects ticket(s), to revocation without refund or use. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, deemed invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit, are void.
